Let's work together

Face and Body

Using two fingers, gently tap about 7 -10 times per point - either side of face and body, (or both sides). Begin on the side of your hand. Just tapping on these points can be calming and relaxing.

The Hand Points

You can be tapping when you are out walking, watching TV etc. Try tapping for 30 minutes per day and note any changes. e.g. feeling calmer, less easily triggered, maybe less pain in body and mind....
